Nelli Kichigina is an Associate with AVELLUM’s dispute resolution and international arbitration practices. She has a primary focus on international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as cross-border litigation.

Nelli advises and represents both international and Ukrainian clients in high-profile arbitrations under the Rules of the LCIA, ICSID, ICC, SCC and UNCITRAL. Her recent experience includes representing a client in a complex shareholder dispute, advising a large group of investors on a potential investment claim and acting as a local counsel in investment arbitration.
