Associate
Viktoriia Tolochko is an Associate with AVELLUM’s dispute resolution team. Her main areas of practice are international arbitration, both commercial and investment arbitration, and cross-border litigation.
Viktoriia has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings (including governed by ICAC, GAFTA, FOSFA and LMAA rules) and Ukrainian state courts of all instances.
Prior to joining AVELLUM Viktoriia worked at Kyiv office of international law firm.
