    Yevhenii Ahashkov is an Associate at AVELLUM’s corporate, competition, and employment practices. Yevhenii advises on various aspects of corporate, antitrust and employment law as well as on general commercial matters.

    He advises domestic and international companies on matters related to various corporate transactions, entry to the Ukrainian market, and commercial activities in Ukraine.

    Yevhenii also assists clients with matters related to merger control, concerted practices, and competition compliance.

    Prior to joining AVELLUM, Yevhenii worked as a lawyer at one of the largest retail companies in Ukraine.

        Advised Electricité de France SA, Nebras Power Q.P.S.C., Siemens Energy Global, and QuWatt B.V. on obtaining merger clearance for acquiring shares in and joint control over a greenfield full-function joint venture in Uzbekistan

        Advised a high net worth individual on obtaining merger clearance for acquiring shares in and control over Rokitnovskiy Glass Plant – one of the leading Ukrainian manufacturers glassware industry

        Advised a group of private investors on obtaining merger clearance for restructuring their stakes in petroleum companies from sole to joint control

        Advised a local investor on obtaining merger clearance for acquiring a controlling stake in a holding company, which owns and leases land plots in the Volyn region of Ukraine, with an aim of developing a logistics hub that will be storing oil products and agricultural products

        Advised Ms. Tetiana Buterlin on obtaining merger clearance for acquiring a controlling stake in Trans Oil Company – Ukrainian supplier of petrol
