Kristina Mysenko is a Managing Associate at AVELLUM’s dispute resolution practice. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and cross-border disputes. Kristina advises international and Ukrainian clients in arbitration proceedings under the regulations of the LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine, in proceedings on the recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and awards of international commercial arbitration. She also provides advice in corporate and civil disputes.
