Managing Associate
Maryna Buinytska is a Managing Associate of AVELLUM corporate practice with primary focus on corporate and M&A as well as regulatory issues. She advises both Ukrainian and international clients on various matters related to general corporate and commercial law, cross-border M&As.
Prior to joining AVELLUM Maryna worked as an associate in Kyiv office of international law firm.
