Oleksandr Kozhukhar is a Managing Associate with AVELLUM’s corporate practice with the focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise also includes IP and Data Protection & Cybersecurity.
Oleksandr regularly advises Ukrainian and international companies on corporate matters as well as commercialisation of IP rights, including franchising, licensing and IP transfer arrangements.
His experience includes advising clients on various aspects of data protection, from assistance with implementation of compliance programmes to provision of detailed advice on data processing operations (development of new services, launch of marketing campaigns etc.).
Prior to joining AVELLUM Oleksandr worked at one of the Big Four firms.
