AVELLUM ADVISES DOBROBUT’S MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS ON BUYBACK OF DOBROBUT’S SHARES FROM HORIZON CAPITAL

AVELLUM acted as the legal counsel to Dobrobut’s major shareholders  — Oleg Kalashnikov, Dobrobut’s Managing Shareholder and CEO, and Concorde Capital — on the purchase of Horizon Capital’s minority stake in Dobrobut.

AVELLUM assisted with the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents and coordinated completion of the entire transaction. Notably, AVELLUM team advised on the disposal of the stake to Horizon Capital in 2018-2019.
