About the Programme
Join AVELLUM — the first structured, paid internship programme in Ukraine, designed on the internship programs of leading law firms in London and New York.
This year, we welcome our tenth intake. Over the past decade, more than 100 students have started their legal careers with AVELLUM.
Interns work on real client matters, rotate across six core practice areas, and receive an offer of employment upon successful completion of the programme.
Terms
DURATION
- 2 months
- Mid-June to mid-August
FORMAT
On-site in Kyiv at the Senator Business Centre, with the possibility of a few remote working days
ROTATION
Six practice areas: Corporate, Finance, Competition, Tax, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate & Infrastructure
TRAINING
Comprehensive training programme before and throughout the internship (HR, IT, Billing), along with training sessions delivered by our lawyers
PERFORMANCE REVIEW
- Transparent performance reviews conducted at the midpoint and upon completion of the internship
- Ongoing feedback from teams and mentors, with individual recommendations provided by a partner
WORK ENVIRONMENT
A supportive team environment and full participation in firm-wide events
TERMS
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
- Formal employment status and paid leave during the internship period

- Third-year and senior law students, as well as recent graduates of law faculties
- Motivated candidates ready to take on complex legal work and committed to professional growth
