Information

Inna Erbelidze is a Managing Associate at AVELLUM’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice. Inna advises on matters related to land, construction, real estate, infrastructure, and subsoil use.

Her experience covers land and construction advice on project finance of wind and solar power plants, implementation of investment projects regarding construction of different types of residential and commercial real estate (including golf courses), due diligence of land banks and port terminals, and legal support of oil&gas companies on participation in PSA tenders.

  • RECENT EXPERIENCE

      Provided comprehensive legal support to Sunflower Network on launching a pioneering hospital project in Western Ukraine, designed a unique cross-border legal framework enabling charitable funding from the United States to support a Ukrainian municipal healthcare institution

      Advised a US-based oil and gas company, with gas-production business in Europe, on participation in the tender and signing of a production sharing agreement in Ukraine with total investment over USD40 million

      Advised UK-based oil and gas exploration and development company, which is a part of global oil & gas group of companies, on preparation of the first draft of production sharing agreement in Ukraine

      Conducted a due diligence of nine Ukrainian companies which owned a few real estate objects with total area exceeding 65,000 square meters and leased premises with total area over 24,000 square meters

      Conducted a due diligence of 32 land plots with the total area of 29,4609 ha before their potential acquisition by the client

      Advised one of the largest groceries retailer in Ukraine on sell of his operational business consisting of 47 stores located in the largest cities in Ukraine

      Advised a major Ukrainian investment company in connection with the construction of cottage complex in Kyiv region on the land plots with total area of approximately 50 hectares

      Advised the client on the most efficient options to construct the concert hall and transfer it into use of the municipal authority for the public needs

      Advised one of the largest iron ore developer in the world on change of designated use of agricultural land plots to industrial lands

      Advised A-Development, one of the leading Ukrainian developers, on joint investment into the development of the real estate complex in the center of Kyiv, consisting of large commercial areas, two business centers, and underground parking lots with a total area of more than 55,000 square meters and a total investment over USD35.7 million
