About

Tetiana Mykhailenko is a Senior Associate with AVELLUM’s finance practice with a primary focus on banking, finance and debt restructurings.

Tetiana advises both Ukrainian and international clients on a broad range of matters related to cross-border finance, project finance, commodity finance and restructuring, as well as advising on currency controls and general banking and finance regulatory matters.

Prior to joining AVELLUM Tetiana worked as an Associate with Banking and Finance Department in the Kyiv office of an international law firm.

      Advised J.P. Morgan Securities Plc and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as arrangers on USD464 million bridge loan financing for Bakcell’s acquisition of Private Joint Stock Company "Vodafone Ukraine"

      Advised JP Morgan Securities Plc, Raiffeisen Bank International, Dragon Capital, and ICBC Standard Bank as joint lead managers on Vodafone Ukraine’s Eurobond offering of USD500 million 5-year 6.2% loan participation notes

      Advised EBRD in connection with a long term secured loan to Limited Liability Company “Novi Biznes Poglyady”, one of largest shopping malls in Odesa in the total amount of up to EUR52.5 million

      Advised the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in connection with a long-term secured loan to Limited Liability Company “Butsefal” and Prometey Swiss SA in the total amount of up to USD10 million

      Advised EBRD and Nederlandse Financierings – Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO) in connection with a senior secured loan to LLC “Chysta Enerhiia-2011” in the total amount of up to EUR 24.5 million to finance the construction and operation of a 30MW solar PV plant in Cherkasy Oblast in Ukraine for an aggregate installed capacity of 30MW

      Advised EBRD and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in connection with senior secured loans in the total amount of up to EUR36.3 million to Rengy Bioenergo LLC to finance the construction and operation of a 47MW solar PV plant in Mykolaiv Oblast in southern Ukraine for an aggregate installed capacity of 47MW

      Acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to EBRD on senior secured loan of up to EUR5.6 million from EBRD to a LLC “Ekotechnik Shyroke”, a solar power plant construction company in Ukraine

      Advised Interpipe on both loan and capital market instruments in the course of the general USD1.25 bln debt restructuring, as well as advised on the parallel working capital facility restructurings

      Advised MHP on USD550 million, 8 year, 6.95% Eurobond issue with the benefit of the guarantees from its Ukrainian subsidiaries
