Olha Rudevych is an Associate at AVELLUM’s corporate practice with primary focus on corporate law and M&A, as well as IT/TMT.

Olha advises both Ukrainian and international clients on general corporate and commercial law, cross-border M&A and regulatory issues. She also advises on various IT/TMT matters, including intellectual property and data protection.

      Advised Stellantis N.V., a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation, in connection with acquiring the artificial intelligence framework, machine learning models and intellectual property rights and patents of CloudMade, a developer of smart and innovative big data-driven automotive solutions

      Advised Kernel Group on transaction matters related to the acquisition of 100% of shares in Reni-Oil LLC, a sunflower oil transshipment terminal with 15 thousand tons of one-time sunflower oil storage in the Reni port

      Advised Aspia, a leading provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory services in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, on the acquisition of Accountor Outsourcing, a major provider of accounting, payroll, and professional services in the Nordic region
