Epaminontas Triantafilou’s broad experience in international arbitration includes roles as arbitrator, counsel to private corporations and sovereign governments, as well as legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, secretary to several international arbitral tribunals, and legal assistant to a leading arbitrator.

Olga Stupak is a Judge of the First Trial Chamber of the Civil Cassation Court at the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

Lord Goldsmith is a London Co-Managing Partner and Chair of European and Asian Litigation at Debevoise & Plimpton. He is a KC and appears regularly in court in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, including Cayman, where he has also been admitted to practise, as well as in arbitration.

James is the Head of Fraud practice at Macfarlanes. He specialises in asset tracing and enforcement and the management of complex international disputes in state courts and arbitration. As well as running disputes at all levels of the English courts, James has significant experience in managing parallel proceedings in different jurisdictions.
