AVELLUM WINS UKRAINE FIRM OF THE YEAR AT THE IFLR EUROPE AWARDS FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS

We are delighted to announce that AVELLUM has won Ukraine Firm of the Year at the IFLR Europe Awards-2022.

For the second year running we were awarded with this benchmark of excellence in the legal services market. The annual IFLR Europe Awards celebrate the most innovative transactions and the teams and lawyers behind them.

Mykola Stetsenko, managing partner of AVELLUM, commented: “We are extremely honoured to receive this award. We truly believe that Ukraine will prevail in our fight for freedom and democracy. That will be definitely followed by even more profound integration with the EU and international legal community. Our team is deeply thankful to our clients and colleagues for their positive feedback to IFLR.”

We continue working hard to improve Ukrainian legislation and move the Ukrainian reform agenda with our clients and the Ukrainian government. This acknowledgement honours AVELLUM’s expertise in corporate finance and indicates once again that we keep our standards of excellence and do elite legal work recognised internationally.” – added Glib Bondar, senior partner of AVELLUM.

The annual IFLR’s European Awards focus on legal innovation in cross-border deal-making. The awards showcase transactions that break new legal ground, set precedents, and develop the legal environment for cross-border corporate finance. After extensive research by IFLR experts, award winners are selected based on the firms’ submissions and feedback from clients, peers, in-house lawyers, and finance specialists at international financial institutions. The winners were announced at the awards ceremony on 5 May at The Biltmore, London.
