      Advised the leading agricultural market players as Roshen, Agro Region, Cygnet, Southern Agricultural Export Company (PAEK Holding), Ukragrotech Corporation on obtaining the merger clearance approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

      Advised client on obtaining merger control clearance for the purchase of objects of small privatization – a single property complex of State Enterprise “UKRSPIRT” from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
