      Advised Knorr-Bremse AG, the global market leader for braking systems and a leading provider of rail and commercial vehicle systems, on obtaining a merger control clearance for its subsidiary Knorr Brake Holding Corporation to acquire control over Alstom Signaling Inc., a conventional rail signaling technology business in North America from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

      Advised Ukrnafta, the country’s largest oil producer operating 460 petrol stations across Ukraine, on obtaining approvals for taking under management UNB (Ukrnaftoburinnya) and Glusco from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

      Advised JSC Integrity Capital on obtaining a merger control clearance for the acquisition of shares in LLC Lanita Invest, an indirect co-owner of Ocean Plaza – one of the largest shopping and entertainment complexes in Kyiv, from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

      Advised a local investor on obtaining a merger control clearance for acquiring a controlling stake in a holding company, which owns and leases land plots in the Volyn region of Ukraine, to develop a logistics hub that will be storing oil products and agricultural products from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

      Advised a group of private investors on obtaining a merger control clearance for restructuring their stakes in petroleum companies from sole to joint control from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
