  • negotiations on USD1 billion collaboration with GE on behalf of PJSC “Ukrainian Railways”
  • construction of a 500 MW wind farm
  • reconstruction of 73,000 sq. m of state real estate property in one of the biggest Ukrainian seaports with a transaction value of near USD115.8 million
  • development of the real estate complex in the centre of Kyiv consisting of a huge retail space, business centre, apartments, and multi-level underground parking with a total area of over 55,000 sq. m
  • construction of the largest solid household waste recycling plant in Ukraine with a recycling capacity of 82,000 tons per year and a total value of EUR10 million
  • acquisition of an oil transshipment terminal with an area of 5,000 sq. m through public auction
  • entering the Ukrainian real estate construction market
  • leasing the prominent historical building for social purposes
