AVELLUM advises investment company Concorde Capital on the acquisition of an oil and gas service company

AVELLUM acted as lead legal counsel to Concorde Capital, one of Ukraine’s largest investment companies, in connection with the acquisition of Ukrainian company “Beiken Energy Ukraine”, which was part of holding of Chinese company Beiken, one of China’s largest private oil and gas service companies.

“Beiken Energy Ukraine” specialises in oil and gas drilling and operates in Poltava and Kharkiv regions.

The AVELLUM team assisted with the preparation and negotiation of all transaction documents and supported the transaction throughout all its stages.
