      Advised SJC “Chornomornaftogaz”, an affiliate of NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” – leading state-owned energy holding, on obtaining merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with the acquisition of control over a number of gas distribution network operators

      Advised Roosh, a Ukrainian tech company, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Neurons Lab, a globally distributed AI R&D company

      Advised Furshet on obtaining a merger control clearance for the acquisition of control over Furshet’s retail assets by Fozzy Group from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
