Anton Arkhypov is a Counsel at AVELLUM, focusing on the full spectrum of competition matters, with a particular emphasis on merger control. He has led numerous cases and regularly represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. He delivers clear, practical guidance in high-stakes, time-sensitive regulatory processes.

Anton also brings significant experience in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle. This background enables him to integrate regulatory strategy seamlessly into the broader commercial context of transactions.

      Advised SJC “Chornomornaftogaz”, an affiliate of NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” – leading state-owned energy holding, on obtaining merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with the acquisition of control over a number of gas distribution network operators

      Advised Roosh, a Ukrainian tech company, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Neurons Lab, a globally distributed AI R&D company
