SIXTH ANNUAL JOIN AVELLUM INTERNSHIP IS SUCCESSFULLY FINISHED

For the sixth year in a row, the Join AVELLUM project provides an opportunity for senior students and graduates of Ukrainian higher education institutions to complete a paid two-month summer internship at AVELLUM.

The intensive and rich program allows the participants to improve and deepen theoretical knowledge in a short period of time and to gain real practical experience by working on client projects of the firm.

According to the terms of the project, the best participants receive job offers from AVELLUM.

Join AVELLUM has proven itself as a very successful and stable Ukrainian educational project. AVELLUM did not suspend it even during the pandemic. According to statistics, more than 60% of AVELLUM’s legal staff joined the firm as students or graduates with no work experience.

The 2022 recruitment was extremely strong and special – 10 out of 11 interns received job offers. “Despite all the risks and obstacles, we understood that holding of Join AVELLUM this year is more important than ever. On the one hand, we create new jobs. On the other hand, this year’s Join AVELLUM is actually our guarantee that our clients, no matter what, are provided with consistently high-quality legal services for years to come.  This is completely in line with our corporate values, one of which is strategic thinking and long-term planning. We firmly believe that yesterday’s interns will become our key lawyers within 4-5 years. We also believe that Ukraine will win the war with Russia soon and our clients will need a lot of legal support in building new and better Ukraine. ”, commented Mykola Stetsenko, managing partner at AVELLUM.
