AVELLUM acted as legal counsel to Greenville group of companies in connection with sale of renewable energy infrastructure project

AVELLUM acted as a legal counsel to Greenville group of companies, which operates in the area of renewable energy and residential and commercial real estate, in connection with the sale of a renewable energy infrastructure project, namely a wind power plant at an RTB stage with an overall projected capacity of approximately 150 MW.

Our team assisted with the preparation and negotiation of all transaction and ancillary documents, including a complex share purchase agreement as well as the documents establishing security of the obligations and regulating the payment mechanics. Additionally, we handled both the signing and completion of the transaction.

Yuriy Nechayev, Partner at AVELLUM, noted, “We are pleased with the client relying on our help with this deal. Its positive impact and importance are more than obvious in light of the current severe challenges to the Ukrainian energy system, as well as for advancing sustainable development”.

Considering this transaction, AVELLUM has advised on renewable energy projects with a total generating capacity exceeding 4.3 GW for the last four years.

Partner Yuriy Nechayev led the AVELLUM team with support from managing associates Maryna Buinytska and Oleksandr Volodin, and associate Olha Rudevych.
