AVELLUM advises DMarket on its acquisition by Mythical Games

AVELLUM acted as the legal counsel to DMarket and its shareholders in connection with its acquisition by Mythical Games.

Following the acquisition of DMarket, Mythical Games launched Mythical Marketplace 2.0, a marketplace built on Mythical’s new layer 1 EVM blockchain and powered by the Mythos native ecosystem token MYTH.
