We present AVELLUM’s third Annual Report, covering 2025 calendar year. For the third consecutive year, it provides an open view of the firm’s performance, people and contribution to Ukraine’s legal market.
The report looks at the areas where our work contributed to advancing Ukraine’s priorities in 2025 – from sovereign finance and investment to critical economic sectors, dispute resolution and business protection. These matters ran across all the firm’s practices: banking and finance, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, tax, antitrust, real estate and infrastructure, and white-collar crime.
Beyond client work, the report covers the firm’s growth and people, pro bono and community work, investment in legal education, contribution to the legal profession, and the financial information AVELLUM continues to disclose publicly.
