AVELLUM strengthens its IP-Tech practice with Counsel appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Kolodenska as Counsel in AVELLUM’s Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice. Her experience at Greenberg Traurig’s Berlin office and Amazon MGM Studios’ European legal team adds depth to the firm’s work on complex client matters.

Anna advises Ukrainian and international clients on intellectual property matters, focusing on the protection and commercialisation of IP rights in Ukraine. Her practice covers copyright and trademarks, as well as technology transactions, including licensing, rights transfers and IP due diligence.

She combines big-law and in-house experience, providing a strong understanding of how legal advice supports business decisions. Her proficiency in German facilitates collaboration with international clients and cross-border teams. Anna’s diverse sector experience will be invaluable to clients in industries such as media and entertainment, IT, defence-tech, e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, agriculture, and healthcare.

Anna began her legal career at AVELLUM. She later broadened her international experience through secondments and now returns to the firm as Counsel.

Mykola Stetsenko, managing partner at AVELLUM, comments: “Anna’s experience across international legal practice and in-house roles allows her to integrate intellectual property considerations into broader transactional work. This is particularly relevant for clients operating in cross-border and technology-driven environments.”

Anna’s return to the AVELLUM team with international experience brings a more integrated approach to complex client matters.
