    Managing Associate

    Oleksandra Syerova is a Managing Associate at AVELLUM’s dispute resolution practice. Oleksandra focuses on representing clients in Ukrainian courts in disputes related to property rights protection, debt recovery, bankruptcy, and corporate and tax matters.

    Oleksandra’s experience includes representing clients in commercial, civil and administrative court cases, developing litigation strategies, and preparing legal opinions on Ukrainian law for foreign jurisdictions. Oleksandra also advises on recognising and enforcing foreign court decisions in Ukraine and assists the arbitration team in matters related to Ukrainian litigation.
