    Yuliia Seredynska is an Associate in AVELLUM’s Corporate practice, focusing primarily on corporate law, M&A, TMT, and Defence and Miltech.

    Yuliia has extensive experience advising on cross-border M&A transactions, investments, and legal due diligence. Her expertise also includes regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and the conversion of preferred shares. Additionally, she provides counsel on TMT matters, including data protection and intellectual property.

    Yuliia regularly advises international and domestic clients across industries such as technology and telecommunications, defence and military technology, and traditional corporate sectors on complex transactions and significant legal matters.
