Anastasiia Tartak is an Associate at AVELLUM’s corporate practice with primary focus on corporate law and M&A, as well as employment law.
Anastasiia advises both Ukrainian and international clients on general corporate and commercial law, cross-border M&A and regulatory issues. She also advises on a range of employment law matters.
