AVELLUM acts as Ukrainian legal counsel on Aristocrat’s $1.2B acquisition of NeoGames

AVELLUM acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Aristocrat Leisure Limited, a leading global gaming content and technology company and top-tier mobile games publisher, in connection with its acquisition of NeoGames, a global leader in content and technology solutions for the online Real-Money Gaming industry. Our team advised on all Ukrainian law matters related to the transaction covering the due diligence of the Ukrainian entities of the NeoGames group and contributing to the relevant transaction documents. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acted as the lead legal counsel representing Aristocrat in the acquisition of NeoGames.

The AVELLUM team was led by associate Oleksandr Kozhukhar with support from associates, Yuliia Seredynska and Olga Rudevych, under the supervision of managing partner Mykola Stetsenko. Senior associate Bogdana Parkhomchuk advised on employment law matters.
