Bogdana will continue focusing on employment, corporate, and immigration law. She has over ten years of experience guiding domestic and multinational companies on market entry strategies and commercial activities in Ukraine. Her expertise includes business structuring, corporate governance, navigating the local regulatory framework, labour law issues, cross-border personnel transfers, and incentive plan development.
