AVELLUM advised Grupa Pracuj (the controlling shareholder of Robota International operating recruitment site Robota.ua) on obtaining merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for its further investment in Work Ukraine operating recruitment site Work.ua. As a result of the transaction, Grupa Pracuj will indirectly increase its shareholding in companies operating Robota.ua and Work.ua sites, two key players in the Ukrainian job board market.
