AVELLUM adds 3 partners boosting Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, and Tax & Private Client practices

AVELLUM is pleased to announce the appointment of three new partners effective 1 January 2024. All three partners have been long-time employees of AVELLUM and acted as counsels until their promotion this year. With this partner promotion, our partnership has grown to ten partners. We are proud that the firm can make this promotion during this challenging period in Ukrainian history, and we are confident that new partners will enhance our ability to service our clients.

Andriy Fortunenko promoted to Partner as the Head of White-Collar Crime Practice

Andriy will lead the white-collar crime and fraud investigation group, part of our larger Dispute Resolution practice that now consists of three partners, including Kostiantyn Likarchuk and Vadim Medvedev

Andriy regularly defends companies and private clients before law enforcement authorities. He has a successful track record in criminal proceedings related to embezzlement, cybercrime, and corruption. He also handles complex multi-jurisdictional investigations into money laundering and represents clients before INTERPOL.

Andriy Romanchuk promoted to Partner in Corporate and M&A Practices

Andriy will focus on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, as well as on working with entrepreneurs and early-stage start-ups. Our Corporate and M&A Practices now count three partners, including Yuriy Nechayev and Mykola Stetsenko

Andriy has extensive experience in the technology, miltech, agricultural, and banking sectors. He regularly advises clients on their various business needs and complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, and exits from investments.

Anton Zaderyholova promoted to Partner in Tax & Private Client Practices

Anton will focus on effectively structuring corporate clients’ international deals and business processes. Anton joins Vadim Medvedev as a partner in the larger Tax Practice.

In addition to his experience with corporate clients, Anton is adept at handling sensitive tax, succession, and legal issues for private clients. His guidance extends to navigating intricate legal landscapes and providing tailored solutions.

Anton also represents clients in disputes with tax and customs authorities in both administrative and court proceedings.
