Galyna Vdovenko is an Associate at AVELLUM’s corporate practice with primary focus on corporate law and M&A, as well as Real Estate and Infrastructure.
Galyna advises both Ukrainian and international clients on general corporate and commercial law, transactions structuring, cross-border M&A and regulatory issues. She also advises on matters related to land, construction, real estate and infrastructure.
