Mariia advises both Ukrainian and international clients on general corporate and commercial law, national and cross-border M&A transactions, and various aspects of business activities in Ukraine.

Mariia’s experience also includes advising clients on various matters related to intellectual property, regulatory issues, as well as working on legal issues of defence sector.
