    Oleg defends the interests of clients before law enforcement agencies during pre-trial and trial stages. He has considerable experience in supporting criminal proceedings concerning official and economic crimes in both private and public sectors. Oleg also specializes in a comprehensive analysis of criminal risks for business.

        Represented a major real estate developer during an investigation into the understatement of real estate prices

        Represented an international IT company during a criminal investigation into the intellectual property theft by one of its employees

        Represented construction companies during a pre-trial investigation related to violation of tender procedures, overstated cost of the development of project documentation, and overstated cost of construction works during the construction and reconstruction of major infrastructure facilities in Kyiv

        Represented local government officials during a pre-trial investigation regarding privatisation of municipal real estate
