Anton Arkhypov is a Counsel with AVELLUM’s competition practice with the primary focus on horizontal mergers.
Anton assists clients with merger notifications in Ukraine and has experience in the coordination of multijurisdictional merger filings.
Prior to joining AVELLUM Anton worked as an associate at another leading Ukrainian law firm.
