Oleksandr Volodin is a Counsel at AVELLUM’s corporate practice with a primary focus on corporate law and M&A transactions.
He regularly advises Ukrainian and international clients on various corporate and commercial law matters, national and cross-border M&A transactions and other corporate transactions.
Before joining AVELLUM, Oleksandr worked as an associate with another Ukrainian law firm.

Advised one of the largest global dairy products groups specialising in cheese manufacturing, milk consumption, butter and cream markets, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in one of the leading cheese manufacturers of Ukraine within a global M&A transaction with a multinational cheese marketer
Advised Variant Agro Build Ltd, a major Ukrainian company operating in mechanical engineering for grain storage, on the acquisition of 20% of shares in PJSC “Karlivskiy Mashynobudivniy Zavod” from Dragon Capital Group in exchange for a part of the equipment and IP rights
Advised two Ukrainian groups of companies operating in the fields of real estate development and construction and the production of electricity from renewable sources on the sale of 100% of shares in several companies operating renewable energy projects with an overall capacity of more than 100MW
Advised a Ukrainian company on the acquisition of non-residential premises with the subsequent development of a business center with more than 10,000 sq. meters in the center of Kyiv
Advised a private client on the disposal of 100% of share in several companies holding land plots in the Kyiv region for the construction of apartment buildings
