Yuliia Pidlisna is a Managing Associate at AVELLUM’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice.

Yuliia advises Ukrainian companies and multinational corporations on acquisitions of commercial and industrial properties, conclusion and termination of lease agreements, construction matters, and various land issues.

Yuliia has experience conducting legal due diligence of numerous targets in various industries (steel producing plants, renewables projects, ongoing construction sites, etc.), including independent business reviews of leading developers and property managing companies for financial restructuring purposes.

Her background also includes advice on general commercial and corporate matters.
