AVELLUM successfully secures unconditional merger clearances for UKRNAFTA’s strategic transactions

AVELLUM advised Ukrnafta, the country’s largest oil producer operating 460 petrol stations across Ukraine, on obtaining approvals of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for taking under management:

  • UNB (Ukrnaftoburinnya) – one of the largest Ukrainian gas producers; and
  • Glusco – an extensive Ukrainian network of 128 petrol stations.
